Vranec World Day is an initiative and event organized by Wines of Macedonia.
Information about individual events, including the date, location, programme and ticket categories, is provided on the Vranec World Day website and relevant event or ticket pages.
Tickets may be purchased through the official Vranec World Day website.
A ticket purchase is considered completed after successful payment and confirmation of the order.
Following a successful purchase, the customer will receive an order confirmation and/or electronic ticket at the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address when placing an order.
Ticket prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Different ticket categories or pricing periods, including promotional or Early Bird tickets, may be offered in limited quantities.
Prices and ticket availability may change until an order has been successfully completed.
Tickets may be delivered electronically and may contain a unique QR code or other identification method.
The QR code is used to validate the ticket when entering the event.
Each ticket may be used only for the number of admissions specified on the ticket.
Customers are responsible for protecting their tickets and QR codes from unauthorized copying or distribution.
Once a ticket has been successfully scanned and checked in, subsequent copies of the same ticket may be rejected.
A valid ticket is required for admission to ticketed Vranec World Day events.

Vranec World Day promotes responsible wine consumption.
Participants are responsible for their own consumption of alcoholic beverages and for arranging safe transportation following the event.
Alcohol will not be served to persons where doing so would violate applicable law.
The organizer aims to deliver the event according to the programme and information published on the website.
However, circumstances may require changes to participating wineries, speakers, exhibitors, programme elements, schedules, venue arrangements or other event details.
Reasonable programme changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
If the event itself is cancelled or materially rescheduled, the applicable provisions of our Refund Policy will apply.
Photography and video recording may take place during Vranec World Day for documentation, media coverage and promotional purposes.
General photographs and recordings of the event may include attendees as part of the audience or event environment.
Where required by applicable law, additional consent will be obtained for uses that specifically identify or prominently feature an individual.
Unless otherwise stated, website content, event branding, graphics, photographs, text and other materials associated with Vranec World Day may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization from the relevant rights holder.
